Ellen Lucille Foley

1932 - 2023

Ellen Lucille (Lucy) Statham Foley passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 18, 2023.  She was 90 years old.  
She was born in Hartford Arkansas on September 6, 1932 to William and Cora Statham.  She lived in Arkansas and Oklahoma until age 13 when she moved to California.  She lived in the bay area with her parents. 
She met Walter Foley at Lucky Stores where they both worked.  They were married on March 23, 1952.  They lived in Hayward California until 1970 when they moved to Lodi, CA.  Walter worked for Lucky Stores and Lucille became a Realtor.  She remained a Realtor for 30 plus years and was very successful.  People loved and trusted her.  
She became a widow in 2003 after being married to Walter for 51 years.
Lucille had eight brothers and one sister.  She outlived them all.
They have 3 children Charlene White, Darlene (Rudy) Huerta and Stephen (Francine) Foley.  They also have many grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a great Mother, Grandmother & Great Grandmother. 
Lucille lived a very good life and was healthy until the end.  Now she has gone to be with her dear Walter and the Lord. 
Funeral services will be held at Cherokee Memorial Park in Lodi at 10:00 am on Saturday, February 18, 2023. Graveside service will follow the funeral. A reception lunch will be held at Calvary Church 2301 W. Lodi Ave. Lodi, CA 95242 around 12:00.
