John Molloy Obituary
John Patrick Molloy, age 91, passed away on December 2, 2015. John leaves behind 7 children: John Gifford (Mrs. Michelle Thomas) Molloy of Mahopac, NY; Marian (Mrs. Edwin) Heinzinger of Mahopac, NY; Kathleen (Mrs. John) Zatkovich of Yonkers, NY; Eileen (Mrs. Anthony) Civitillo of Carmel, NY; Deirdre Molloy of Danville, NH; Robert (Mrs. Maggie Gleason) Molloy of Carmel, NY and Kerry Molloy of New Castle, NY; 14 Grandchildren and 6 Great-grandchildren.
John was married to Catherine Mary Gifford ("Kittie") on August 3, 1946 in the Bronx, eventually moving to Yonkers and then Crestwood where they raised their family. Kittie passed away on September 9, 2015.
John - Grandpa Moose - will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
Donations can be made to Rosary Hill Home; 600 Linda Avenue; Hawthorne, NY 10532 in honor of Kittie Molloy.
Calling hours will be at FLYNN MEMORIAL HOME, on Central Park Avenue, on Monday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place Tuesday, 11:15 am, at Annunciation Church. Interment will follow at Rose Hills Memorial Park, Putnam Valley, NY
