George (Snookie) Scully was my first cousin by marriage. We spent many summers together in New York City, Lowell and Salisbury Beach. He was an exceptional person from the very beginning. He will live fondly on in my memory till my last moments.

Mrs Scully,
You are in my thoughts and prayers. I have many wonderful memories of Mr. Scully throughout high school years at Durrett. He was always catching us on our return from McDonald's on lunch break. He would shake his head and tell us to get back to class. Since our years in school are what molds us into who we are today, I would like to Thank You for sharing him with us. I've read so many comments on the DHS page of their love of Mr Scully. He made a positive light in each of us. Know that he had a huge impact on a lot of lives during his tenure at Durrett.
God Speed George Scully.
