Jerry Ashley Obituary

ASHLEY, JERRY F. 47, of Crestwood, passed away Friday at Hospice & Palliative Care of Louisville's inpatient unit at Norton Healthcare Pavilion. He was a tool and die maker for Ford Motor Co. Louisville Assembly Plant and a member of DeHaven Memorial Baptist Church and UAW Local #862. Survivors include his wife, the former Betty Fay Bagby; sons, Anthony and Jeremy Angermeier and Justin Ashley; a daughter, Tiffany Dix; father, Ernest Ashley; mother, Betty Lou Ashley; grandparents, Mazie Dunn and Ira and Docia Payton; brothers, Doug and Brian Ashley; sister, Chris Hickey; and two grandchildren. His funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at Heady-Radcliffe, LaGrange, with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens-East. Visitation will be from 3-8 p.m. Sunday. Memorial contributions may be made to the DeHaven Memorial Baptist Church Building Fund.
