Ana Suarez Obituary
Ana Dosilda Suarez, 87, of Lowell, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, October 9, 2022, at Lowell General Hospital. She was the loving wife of the late Antonio Suarez with whom she shared 33 years of marriage until his passing in 1993.
Ana was born July 26, 1935, in Camaguey, Cuba. She moved to the United States in the 1960s and settled in the Lowell area. Ana had a big smile, a generous heart, and enjoyed spending time with her friends. Ana loved spending time with her family, especially cooking for them.
Ana leaves her children, Ana Maria Suarez-Gibbons and her husband, Mark Gibbons, of New Hampshire, and John Suarez and his wife, Cheryl Suarez of New Hampshire. She was a loving grandmother to her 3 grandchildren; Joshua Suarez, Ava Suarez, and Aiden Suarez.
On Friday, October 14, 2022, all are welcome to attend her calling hours from 3 p.m. until 7 p.m. at the McDonough Funeral Home, 14 Highland Street, Lowell, MA 01852. On Saturday, October 15, 2022, you are welcome to join us for her committal prayers. Please meet at the funeral home between 9 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. for the procession to St. Mary Cemetery.
