Dennis Carvalho Obituary
Dennis F. Carvalho, Sr., 76, of Lowell, passed away unexpectedly at home on Wednesday, March 16, 2022.
A son of the late Francis J. Carvalho and the late Susan (Lanza) Carvalho, he was born December 7, 1945, in Cambridge, and was raised in that area, graduating from Arlington High School and Massasoit Community College.
Dennis served with the United States Air Force and later in the Army National Guard for over 20 years before his honorable discharge. He was also a graduate of Coyne Electrical School and became a Licensed Master Electrician. For over 40 years, he worked in the electrical trade, mostly with Wang Laboratories in Lowell and later the Hamilton Company in Boston.
His survivors include his sons Dennis R. Carvalho and his partner, Crystal, of New Market, NH and Harry F. Carvalho and his wife, Leesha, of Cambridge; his grandchildren, James J. Carvalho, Emma E. Carvalho, and Victor Carvalho; his sister, Karen Balboni and her husband, Alan, of Braintree; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
He was also a brother of the late John Carvalho.
