Paul G. Pettazoni

Paul G. Pettazoni of Chelmsford, WWII Veteran; 85 Chelmsford Paul G. Pettazoni, 85, of Chelmsford, died Wednesday evening February 6th, at Lowell General Hospital. He was the husband of the late Margaret M. (Flynn) Pettazoni, RN, who died in November 1997. Born in Wareham, MA, the son of the late Gino and the late Anna (Sala) Pettazoni, he attended Chelmsford Schools and was a graduate of Chelmsford High School. He was a communicant of St. Mary Church in Chelmsford for many years. He was a former member of the Knights of Columbus. During World War II, he served in the US Coast Guard. He received the America Area and World War II Victory Ribbons and the European-Africa-Middle Eastern Area Campaign Ribbon. Before retiring, Mr. Pettazoni was a heavy equipment operator at Fort Devens in Ayer for over twenty-five years. He is survived by many nieces and nephews as well at his coffee group and best friends Robert Fitton, Robert Grippo and Angelo Muzi all of Chelmsford. He was the brother of the late Gina Caliri, Laura Toscani, and Anna Pettazoni. PETTAZONI In Lowell, Feb. 6, 2008, at Lowell General, Paul G. Pettazoni of Chelmsford, husband of the late Margaret M.
