Man oh man, do I miss this woman. Not only was she my mom, but she was my best friend. We had so many fun times together, I will never forget her. May she rest in piece, she´s with the Lord, now.

I met Mary when we were both 8 years old, we were best friends growing up. We lost touch for a while as young adults but we found each other again. We had lunch a few months back, it was our last time together. I sent her a birthday text 2 days ago, it was unanswered. I knew something was wrong when she did not respond. Today I was listening to a song called No Hard Feelings by the Avett Brothers, while I listened I thought of her and I knew there was only one thing that would keep her from texting me back. I googled her name and saw her obituary. "Mary I love you, thank you for being my friend, I will see you again some day." To her family please listen to the song there is a reason I found out about her passing while I was hearing it, I want to share the message with you.

I am so sad for you guys i cant believe shes gone i didnt get to say goodbye we send our condolences , comfort, strength and love to you all. I will never forget one of my dearest and bestest friends Mary, Juanita and me were together like everyday from gradeschool to highschool. So many fond memories come rushing back . Thankyou for sharing her with me
