Marilyn Magna Lucas

1930 - 2015

Lucas, Marilyn Magna, Cadillac, Mich., was born in Duluth, Minn. on November 15, 1930 to the late Ole and Lydia (Sorvick) Granning. She passed away November 24, 2015 at Lakeview of Cadillac. She was a member of the New Life Missionary Church in Bay City and was formerly a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and the Toastmasters. She is survived by two daughters, Kathy Marie Crawford Graul (Steven Graul) and Sharon Ruth (William) Will; seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and a brother, Ronald Norman (Joann) Granning. She was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth Lucas and a daughter Kay Kristensen. The family will receive friends at the New Life Missionary Church, 3121 W. North Union Rd., Bay City, MI 48706 on Saturday from 2 p.m. until the funeral service begins at 4 p.m. The Rev. Jonathan K. Boyer will officiate. Private burial will be at Floral Gardens Cemetery. Those who so desire may make memorials to New Life Missionary Church, Hospice of Michigan-Cadillac or the Good Samaritan Rescue Mission.
