To Abby's family my deepest sympathy. I live at Thurber Tower and did not know her long. I admired her poise in conducting our association meetings and we laughed together about her variety of colored canes that always went with what she was wearing. She'll be greatly missed.

Those of us on Abby Lane in Sherwood Shores have many fond memories of both Bob & Abby. We spent many hours on either our deck or theirs solving the problems of the world. We miss them both and pray for God's comfort to all of you in your loss.

McKean and Torok Families,

So sorry to hear this sad news.

I may have been a trivia show fan since birth, but I was not a trivia show contestant until Abby McKean challenged me and then cheered me on. Thank you, Abby, for the love of children and family and for the love and dedication to lifelong learning. You and your spunk will be missed; but they will also be modeled and emulated forever.
