Gladys Goodwin Obituary
Macon, GA- Funeral services for Gladys L. Goodwin will be 11:15 AM Thursday, June 17, 2016 at Greater Allen Chapel A.M.E. Rev. Dr. Johnnie L. Cook will officiate. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park.
Gladys was born to the parentage of the late Mr. & Mrs. Elbert and Clara W. Goodwin in Macon, Georgia. A brother, Elbert Milton Goodwin preceded her in death.
Ms. Goodwin retired from the Bibb County Board of Education.
Survivors include a son, Milton Duane Goodwin of Smyrna, Ga.; grandson, Miles D. Goodwin of Marietta, Ga.; sister, Karen G. Durham and nephew Steven W. Durham of Macon, Ga. and several cousins.
The family may be contacted at the residence, 284 Pursley St.
Jones Brothers Mortuary has charge of arrangements.
