Jimmy Andrews Obituary
1934 - September 14, 2012
Eastman, GA- James C. Andrews, born on April 30, 1934, 78, passed away September 14, 2012. He was born in Perry, Georgia and had lived in Eastman since age 5.
The family will receive visitors Sunday, September 16th at Southerland Funeral Home from 4:00PM-6:00PM. A memorial service will be held in the chapel of Stokes Southerland Funeral Home, Monday, September 17th, with Dr. Jerry Peele officiating, followed by a graveside service at Woodlawn Cemetery.
Jimmy is preceded in death by his loving wife of 51 years, Jane Bonner Andrews and survived by two sons, James D. Andrews (Sonya) and Lane M. Andrews (Marti), five grandchildren, Caroline, Sara, Lauren, Mac, and Ben and sister, Elaine Lantz.
Contributions can be made to the Clinging Cross fund, Vince Taylor Memorial, or the Eastman First Baptist Church building fund. The family has omitted all flowers. Stokes-Southerland Funeral Home of Eastman has charge of arrangements. www.stokes-southerland.com

Jimmy & I worked together At RAFB from 1958 until he went to work at Stucky's.I was an urser in his & Jane's wedding in June,1960.Wedding was in Ellaville,Ga. Jane's hometown.
