Jonta Tarver Obituary

Jonta Tarver -MACON - Jonta Tarver, 23, died April 6, 2005. Services will be 3P.M. Tuesday at Community Church of God with burial in Kings Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery. -He was born January 26, 1982 and attended Southwest High School. He was employed by Ruby Tuesday Restaurant, Macon. Grandfather, Oscar Dugger, Sr. preceded him in death. -He leaves to cherish his memories parents, John W. and Sarah Dugger Tarver, Macon; daughter and son, Janiya and Jonta Tarver; sister, Takethia (Thomas Butler) Dugger; two brothers, Jermaine Tarver and Darius (Ginger) Tucker; grandmothers and grandfather, Richard and Essie Tarver and Bernice Dugger; and a host of aunts, uncles, nephews, cousins and friends; three very devoted friends, Linton Pounds, DeShae Causey and Travis Davis. -The family may be contacted at 766 Piedmont Avenue. -Bentley and Sons Funeral Home, Macon Jonta Tarver

This year will indeed be the hardest for me.Jonta, you and Lee-Lee were the only two cousins in the Tarver Family that me and Danyell could talk to when we had a Problem. I still remember in March,when you came to the store where I worked and I was so Happy to see you I would have never thought that it would have been my last. This month is our birthday and you told me that we would celebrate together. Its gonna be hard but I will Stay strong. I did not know him very well/ but I was very fortunate to be in his presense a couple of times. Jonta has always been very polite and modest/ I will keep his kids and his family in my prayers/ Just remeber to always look to the sky because GOD has all of you in the palm of his hand/ he knows all the answers/ We are judged by the works that we do! You dont have to worry about where jonta is because he has done many great things. Stay prayerful!
