Worked with Dr Hartman in Dublin at PHS years ago, enjoyed his sense of humor and appreciated his clinical insight. Condolences to the family.

To Dr Hartmann's family: I worked with him for years at the mental health opt center in Milledgeville, GA. He was a pain in the beginning of our work relationship, then a joy as things evolved. I admired his capacity to diagnose an illness & appropriate tx. I've missed him since my retirement 10 yrs ago and thought of him, wishing the best for him. I'm saddened by his death.
