MILWAUKEE — Alice “Patty” O’Horo Colonna, 90, formerly of Youngstown, died peacefully, Saturday, Aug. 3, 2024, at the Elizabeth Residence Nursing Home.
Patty was born Jan. 18, 1934, in Youngstown, the daughter of John and Eleanor Ford Guerrier. She was a graduate of The Rayen School.
Patty spent her life as a homemaker who dedicated her life to raising and caring for her family. Patty enjoyed being out on the town, whether she was shopping or socializing with her girlfriends. She also enjoyed crossword puzzles, playing cards and reading in her spare time.
Patty is survived by her daughter, Beth Nottoli of Brown Deer, Wisconsin; son, Thomas (Tracy) O’Horo of Chicago; sister, Joyce Zarlenga of Youngstown; grandchildren, Alicia O’Horo, Sean O’Horo, Cassie (Rudy) Johnson and Tess (Alvaro Belloso) Nottoli; great-grandchildren, Kylie, Kailynn, KJ, Kenni, Carter and Rose; and her beloved dog, Maggie.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Richard O’Horo; second husband, Richard Colonna; sisters, Joan Gollner and Vanda Sanquist; and her dogs, Sophie and Mimi.
Family and friends may call 10 to 10:45 a.m. Friday, Aug. 23, 2024, at St. Christine Church. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11 a.m. Friday at the church.
She will be laid to rest in Calvary Cemetery. Professional arrangements are being handled by the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Homes, Austintown Chapel.
