Bill was born on March 27, 1958. He grew up in Ashland and known as "Billy" to his friends and family
He passed away peacefully on Nov. 4th with his family by his side. He is preceded in death by his parents, and sister Cheri Mathers. He leaves his wife, Denise and their three children, Megan MacLauchlan, Matt James, and Marcus James. He was blessed with 11 grandchildren and two great grandchildren. A celebration of life will be Nov 20th, 3:00 pm at the Roxy Ann Grange in Medford.
