Paul E. Weiss, Jr.

WILLARD: Paul E. Weiss, Jr., age 70, of Willard, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, February 5, 2014 at Stein Hospice in Sandusky, Ohio.

He was born on March 22, 1943 to the late Paul and Estella (Jones) Weiss, Sr. in Mt. Vernon, Ohio. Paul worked at RR Donnelley in Willard for 39 years and retired in 2003. He was a member of Grace Methodist Church and he enjoyed golfing.

He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Geraldine "Jerry" (Carney) Weiss; sons, Michael Weiss of Mansfield, Ohio and Blake (Lisa) Weiss of Lufkin, Texas; daughters, Jacqueline Weiss of Shelby, Ohio and Samantha (Chuck) Rowe of Shelby, Ohio; sister, Shelley (Dwayne) Hershiser of Willard, Ohio; brothers, John (Mabel) Weiss of Willard, Ohio, Alvin (Bernita) Weiss of Willard, Ohio; William Weiss of New Haven and Robert (Mona) Weiss of Mary Esther, Florida; brother-in-law David Polachek of Plymouth, Ohio; nine grandchildren; four step-grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his daughter Kimberly Weiss Long; his parents Paul and Estella (Jones) Weiss, Sr; sister Nancy Polachek; sister-in-law Sandra Weiss and neice Tiffany Weiss.

Friends may call at Secor Funeral Home in Willard, Ohio on Sunday, February 9, 2014 at 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. where a service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Monday. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery in Willard. Memorial contributions can be made to the Grace Methodist Church.
