I met Frank at the Downs one day several years ago with my male friend. He always made me feel welcome and loved every week. I am surely going to miss my kiss on the cheek and being told "I Love You." Frank is surely "someone special" and will always have a place in our hearts and memories.I always made sure I had some candy for him everytime I saw him and he would say "for me" Thank you! I am so happy that I was playing around with my new camera phone and snapped a picture of Frank towards the end of May. He will always be there. My condolances towards the family.
Prayers and Thoughts,

I’ll always remember how warmly and exuberantly he welcomed me when I visited, his gift of song, and willingness to whip up a little something in the kitchen for Paul and I regardless of what he was doing.
Your family is in our hearts and prayers.

Will always have a fond place for the memories of visiting Ann J. and listening to Frank sing his 'little' songs. There was always a hug and a 'How are you, today?'
You and yours are in my thoughts and prayers.

Some of my fondest memories of growing up were the Saturday mornings spent having pancakes with your father in your kitchen. He was joy and love personified and I'm blessed for having known him.
Our prayers are with you all.

We are so very sorry to hear the news. Most of my happiest childhood memories are of times spent there. Frank's antics always had us laughing & rolling our eyes at him but his irrepressible spirit, love of his family & generous nature will surely live on & he will be remembered fondly by everyone whose life he touched. Our thoughts & prayers are with you all.
