I met Frank at the Downs one day several years ago with my male friend. He always made me feel welcome and loved every week. I am surely going to miss my kiss on the cheek and being told "I Love You." Frank is surely "someone special" and will always have a place in our hearts and memories.I always made sure I had some candy for him everytime I saw him and he would say "for me" Thank you! I am so happy that I was playing around with my new camera phone and snapped a picture of Frank towards...

I’ll always remember how warmly and exuberantly he welcomed me when I visited, his gift of song, and willingness to whip up a little something in the kitchen for Paul and I regardless of what he was doing.

Thought my Personall conversations with my Dear friend Frank I learned to respect,what is found in few individuals this day and age acceptance of all,a voice of character that will live on with my thoughts of a kind man a regal man.A vetran of Foriegn War,a Hero no doubt.
My condolances go out to the Family and Friends who hold a place in there heart man for a man who had a place for us.

Some of my fondest memories of growing up were the Saturday mornings spent having pancakes with your father in your kitchen. He was joy and love personified and I'm blessed for having known him.

We are so very sorry to hear the news. Most of my happiest childhood memories are of times spent there. Frank's antics always had us laughing & rolling our eyes at him but his irrepressible spirit, love of his family & generous nature will surely live on & he will be remembered fondly by everyone whose life he touched.
