I know that I don't know you, but I myself lost an infant son sixteen years ago and I know how much I was hurting and no matter how much any one says that in time the pain will get easier to bare at this time you don't feel it will, but one thing that helped me to cope with the loss was not only having God on my side, but the fact that I knew my child wasn't suffering and in pain. I knew that he was in a good place and was safe there. I know that all this probably won't mean anything to you now and I completely understand. My prayers are with you and your family. Even though we don't know each other and I am sure you have plenty of people that are supportive of you right now, if you would like to talk to someone who has been through something like this, please email me [email protected] When I went through losing my son I was contacted by a woman who went through the same thing and just being able to talk to someone who went through it helped as well. God Bless You and your family.

Dear Matt and Lisa,
I am deeply saddened by the loss of your girls. My heart goes out to you in this time of sorrow. May you know your daughters are watching over you and know your love. I know there are no words to take away the pain, but just know our friendship and love will always be here for you, always and forever. I wish I could take the pain away from you. If you ever need us we are only a phone call away. Our hearts hurt. Love,Michael Effting,
