Dennis Arnold Obituary
Dennis is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Patricia "Pat" Arnold; children, Michael Arnold and wife, Jennifer, Amanda Morris and husband, Eric, Matthew Arnold and wife, Holly and Anthony Arnold and wife Lindsey; eight grandchildren, Tyler Adkins, Kahlen Arnold, Zane & Blake Morris, Luke & Laila Arnold, Lucy & Vera Arnold; sister, Delores Cantrell and brother, Gary Arnold. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family. He was predeceased by his son, Mark Arnold.
Dennis was born in Dalton, GA. and graduated from North Whitfield Highschool and North Georgia Technical college, before joining the U.S. Airforce. He was stationed in Okinawa, then Fairchild AFB, Spokane, WA, where he met Pat. He was the founder and owner of Carpets by Dennis / Arnold Flooring in Marietta, GA. His family still carries on his legacy after he retired.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. till 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 1st at Mayes Ward-Dobbins Funeral Home, Historic Marietta Chapel. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to St. Jude Hospital or the Religious Education Department of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church.
