Mr. Waters was one of the kindest, gentlest, man I have ever known.
I will always remember him letting me borrow his catchers mitt when I was young, and always buying the Little League candy from me. I enjoyed talking to him throughout the years. I only wish that I would have known about his passing sooner as I would have liked to have been at his services. Always a smile on his face when I saw him and welcomed me into his home everytime I stopped by to say hello. RIP Mr. Waters.
