Father Donnelly was our faculty resident in Swig Hall during 1969-1970. He was always kind, patient and understanding with us, the "feisty fourth floor freshmen". He was a peaceful man who is now with the Son of Peace. May his family and friends find solace in this thought.

Father Donnelly was one of the faculty residents in Swig Hall 1969-1970. He was always kind, patient and understanding in dealing with the "feisty fourth floor freshmen". He was a peaceful man who now is with the Son of Peace. May his family and friends find solace in these words.

Father Donnelly,
In 1978, my freshman, you were my Professor in Macro Economics. You taught me more than economics; you taught me how to study. Your teachings helped me become the first family member to graduate college. Thank you. My family would like to extend our deepest condolences.

Genesis 2 “By the seventh day God had finished the work he had been doing; so on the seventh day he rested from all his work. 3 Then God blessed the seventh day and made it holy, because on it he rested from all the work of creating that he had done.”
