Marlene Collyard Obituary
Marlene Collyard, age 89, of Hibbing, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 4, 2022, at Fairview Range Medical Center.
She was born July 3, 1933, to Baden and Jane (Graham) Osborne in Hibbing. Marlene enjoyed crocheting, and knitting, she briefly owned a yarn shop called the Ball and Skein. Marlene was a welcoming person who loved to have a cup of coffee and a story for everyone in her favorite place on her deck.
She is survived by her children from her first husband: Almer Pederson, Duane (Diane) Pederson, Grand Rapids, Minn., Bruce (Sandy) Pederson, Hibbing, Minn., Jane (Robert) Eckstrom, Pengilly, Minn, Almer Pederson, Hibbing, Minn., Robert (Malinda) Pederson, Sedalia, Colo., Marla (Vincent) Puhek, Hibbing, Minn.; step-children, Susan (Charles) Collyard, Hibbing, Minn., Timothy (Moe) Collyard, Hibbing, Minn., 15 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren.
Marlene was preceded in death by her parents, Baden and Jane; husband, Vincent "Jim" Collyard.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date. She will be laid to rest at Maple Hill Cemetery in Hibbing.
