WEST MILTON — Jerry Dale Leffew, age 79, of West Milton, passed away Friday, June 1, 2018.
A memorial gathering will be held from 5-7 p.m. on Friday, June 8, 2018, at Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, 284 N. Miami St., West Milton.

A fair and honest man!! Sometimes hard to find! Jerry was a man who we trusted and had so much respect for his work and his honor. A great friend and always a smile and chuckle. God Bless you Jerry and you are where you have wanted to be for a long time!!
