Modesto, California - Eva Rosa passed away peacefully on June 16, 2023, at the age of 75. She leaves behind her loving husband of 55 years, her sister, 2 sons, 7 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, and countless other family members and friends. Eva had incredible faith in God and prayed daily for her family and friends, including her middle son who preceded her in death. Her greatest joy in life was spending time with her family. A memorial Mass and reception are scheduled for 10 am on July 7 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Modesto, Ca.

A year has gone by without you and I miss our chats on Facebook and your photos of family. I will always think fondly of our childhood and our homes just across the tracks from each other. We walked to school together and I am so happy we reconnected later on in life. I miss you, Eva. You were one of the special humans in my life -- always lifting me up. Gone TOO soon, my friend.

We will never get over the shock of Eva's passing! I am so thankful for just having had a wonderful visit with her and Richard (my nephew & niece) the week before! Eva was always so open, friendly, and giving. For years we have enjoyed having the Pucci family reunions at their home. I pray for the family in their unbearable grief, even though Eva is enjoying her heavenly reward and supremely happy living in God's presence. She is our personal saint along with my Tom.
