Robert "Bob" Bernardi
September 19, 1950 - September 16, 2017
Robert "Bob" Bernardi passed away September 16, 2017 at Doctors Medical Center in Modesto, California after a brief illness. Loving family and friends surrounded him.
Bob is survived by his wife of nearly 46 years, Linda Bernardi of Modesto, California, his son, Gregory Bernardi (Catherine) of Riverbank, California, son Christopher Bernardi (Janet) of Modesto, California, and sister Candace Hill (Lloyd) of Yerington, Nevada. He also was loved by a large extended family of in-laws, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. His parents Ori and Dolores Bernardi of Modesto, California preceded him in death.
Bob was born and raised in Modesto, California and lived here his entire life except for the years he was in Navy. Bob was an employee of Stanislaus County Community Services Agency for nearly 23 years. He was a veteran of the United States Navy. He was a member of the Modesto Chapter of DeMolay, a leader of Troop 146 of the Boy Scouts of America, and an activity leader of the Kiernan Klovers 4-H club.
Visitation will be held Monday, September 25, 2017 at Salas Brothers Funeral Home in Modesto, CA from 4PM-8PM, with a Rosary at 6PM. Funeral Mass will be held Tuesday, September 26, 2017 at 9:30AM at St. Joseph's Catholic Church on Oakdale Rd. in Modesto, CA.

I went to grammar school and high school with Bobby..Delores was my bus driver throughout grammar school. My Grandparents lived on the same road as Bobby and his family.
