Tulips for Robin
Sandy Beck
February 19, 2012
Dear Claudia,
I was thinking of you as I have often have this past nine months or so. It is snowing today and the words, "the winter of our life" came to mind. So, I am sending you tulips from my garden last spring to remind you that spring does come. I love you dear friend and hope you are doing well resting in God's arms as you and your family continue to heal.
Love,
Sandy

I am so sorry to hear that Robin has passed. I was wondering why there has been no walking club at Julien School, my son and I had enjoyed doing the walking club in the mornings. Salbie & Brian

Dear Claudia & Jim,
It has been years since we have seen you or the girls, but Robin was a freshman at CSUS when I was in my Senior year. Claudia, you know our friendship goes way back...and when I heard of this terrible loss, I felt so helpless for you and Jim. Just know that Bill & my thoughts and prayers are with you as we grieve with you. May God give you the peace you need at this time. Sending our love,
Bill & Sandy (Jones) Beck

Robyn was our doula at our daughter, Katherine's birth. She had such a warm, loving spirit-and made the birth experience even more special. We are all deeply saddened by her loss.

All of my love and sympathy to each of you in this heartbreaking time. Robin Steve and Spencer were one of the first families we met when we moved to Turlock and have seen each other at different times over the years but the one time that really sticks in my mind is when we were at the gym and my boys wanted to do the rock climbing wall. I was a bit more than frustrated with the ropes etc. and slowly losing my patience, Robin noticed and quietly and sweetly came to my rescue telling me to go work out and she would help my boys. Her patience and love will never be forgotten and I hope she knows how much I appreciated her that moment. You will be missed. In love and sympathy, Holly Evans

We've heard it said that death leaves a heartache no one can heal, yet we know, too, that love leaves a memory no one can steal. Our grieving sympathies ... Elvia and Vinnie.

I remember Robin from school where she always had a beautiful smile and a kind word for everyone. It saddens me to know that her bright light will be so dearly missed by her children, husband, and family. I know she is with the Lord and I pray that He will comfort and keep her loved ones in His hand.

I knew Robin for years, attending TC together from elementary through HS. Cheering together in HS, I remember her bubbly fun self! Although we hadn't seen each other in years, I know her presence will be missed by many. May God give her family peace and comfort knowing she is with our Savior.

When I called Robin to be a team member of the Meals That Heal Ministry, she was so sweet and willing to help. She had a bubbly and upbeat personality. I'm sorry that I didn't get a chance to meet her this side of heaven. She impressed me as a godly and caring woman who loved making a home for her family. My heart goes out to her family. I am praying for all of you.

Robin and I met while serving in the nursery together, she was always so good with the children. I was a new mom and really admired her mothering skills. Robin will live on in her three beautiful children and will be missed by many. Thank you for all the great advice!

Robin and I recently became friends; despite the fact that our friendship was brief she impacted my life in a positive manner. It was quite evident her children were her world and she loved her family dearly. My thoughts and prayers are with her family. I hope they will find comfort in their memories of Robin and the knowledge that she is watching over them.

Spencer spoke so highly of his mother. I know she will be missed. I feel she did a great job as a mother because of the caliber of person Spencer is. I did not know her personally but my deepest condolences to the family as they cope with the loss of their mother, wife, daughter, sister and aunt. May peace fill your hearts and sustain you through this difficult time.
