December 8, 1950 - November 27, 2021
Modesto, California - Sharon Kay Ball (Small), age 70, passed away in Modesto, CA on Saturday, November, 27th, 2021. Sharon was born and raised in Oakdale, CA, later moving to Modesto where she met her loving husband of 49yrs and started their family. They led an active life, busy with their children's sports, cub scouts and FFA. Sharon belonged to an Oakdale Sorority and for several years she was the coordinator for the Oakdale Chocolate Festival. She had many passions but baking and sewing were her favorites. Her home was always open to all and all enjoyed whatever new treats Sharon had made that afternoon.
Sharon is survived by her husband Ron Ball, son Ron Ball II, two grandchildren, Tristen and Ron Ball III & one great-grandchild, Jaxon Costa.
Sharon is preceded in death by her brother Gene Small and son Jon Ball.
A Celebration of Life will be held December 11, 2021 at 1pm. Please contact Ron at 209-402-1293 for more information.

So many memories of conversations and visiting with Sharon (and Ron) over the years. The sage advice or words of wisdom and support were never in short supply... for that I'm thankful. All the funny moments and laughter we shared.. For those I'm grateful... Always "A Mom" she made a difference in so many lives...

Sharon has been apart of my world for majority of my life.
