Robert Moore

Robert Jeffery Moore, 55, of Steamer Trace Road, died Tuesday, Oct. 3, 2006, at his residence. Mr. Moore was born in Valdese, the son of Frances Robinson Moore of Valdese and the late Charles Moore. He is survived by his wife, Louise R. Moore of Conway; three sons, Dean Moore and his wife, Betsy, of Marion, Robert "Rob" Moore and his wife, Katie, of Wilmington, and Frank Moore of Charlotte; three grandchildren, Ben, Nathan and Savannah Moore; two sisters, Barbara Davis and her husband, Dan, of Marion and Annette Howes and her husband, Craig, of Granite Falls; grandmother, Marie Robinson of Newton; two step-children, Donya Jordan and her husband, Robert, of Conway, S.C. and April Gibson and her husband, Lee, of Conway, S.C.; three step-grandchildren, Raegan and Lake Gibson and Evan Jordan. Memorial services will be held 3 p.m. today at the First Baptist Church in Valdese.
