Jayshun Jurail Anders

The first chapter of life opened September 8th 2002, Jayshun was born to Shanta McMaryion Price and Jonathan Anders. Jayshun was born and raised in Midland, Texas, he attended school with the Midland Independent School District and graduated in 2021 from Robert E. Lee High School. He worked at Five Guy's Restaurant for 2 years, and was a member of Goodwill Missionary Baptist Church in Midland, Texas. Jayshun loved his mother and family dearly, he loved sports, playing his video games, making music known by the name of Jguwop and spending time with family and his friends. Jayshun was a very loving son, brother, uncle, grandchild, nephew, cousin and friend. He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Earl Watson, his grandparents, James and Shirley Watson and Cecilia McMaryion Jackson. He leaves to cherish his memories his mother, Shanta McMaryion Price (Derrick); his father, Jonathan Anders (Stacey); three sisters, Shaderica Price, Jaquisha Anders, Jakia Anders; one brother, Jonathan Anders Jr.; grandparents, Gwendolyn McMaryion Sanders and Bonnie Ford; a host of aunties uncles, cousins and friends. Receiving of family and friends will be on Friday, July 15, 2022 from 6:00 p.m until 8:00 p.m. at Avalos-Sanchez & Thomas Funeral Home Chapel, 1502 N. Lamesa Road. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, July 16, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at Goodwill Missionary Baptist Church, 1001 S. Main. Interment will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park.
