Marie A. Lis passed away Wednesday, August 10, 2016, at Grand Strand Regional Medical Center.
She is survived by her husband, Steve of 51 years, her daughter, Deborah, her son, Stephen and their respective spouses.
A memorial service will be held at St. Andrew Catholic Church at a later date.

Grandchild...I never hesitated to select that title. Grandma Lis was my family from the moment I met her. I was so fortunate to add so many pieces to my family puzzle. My daughters too got to know the love and generosity Grandma showed me as a young child and throughout my life. We were so blessed to have her in our lives. -David

Dear Steve,Please accept the heartfelt sympathy from the Tereszcuk's family on the death of our dear niece and cousin. she will always be in ours prayers and a Liturgy will be held in her memory on August 28,2016 at NBVM Ukrainian Catholic Church Los Angeles, CA.

I'm so sorry this happened...I can't imagine the pain you are all going thru...but at least Aunt Ree isnt suffering anymore...she will always be watching over us but I will miss her dearly. Such a great person in in our family and now she is gone but shall remain forever in our hearts and memories. Praying for you all. Lots of love...Robin @robinisthetruth
