He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul Earl Hallmark and Jewel Hallmark, and brother, Gerald Hallmark.
He is survived by his wife, Gail Hallmark; sons, Jason Hallmark (Crystal) and Erik Hallmark (Michelle); and grandchildren, Chase Hallmark, Chloe Hallmark, and Blakely Hallmark.
The memorial service will be held at Usrey Funeral Home – Pell City at 1:00 pm on Saturday, December 31, 2022 with Pastor Kenneth Smith officiating.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 pm until 1:00 pm on Saturday, December 31, 2022, at Usrey Funeral Home – Pell City.
Condolences may be offered online at www.usreyfuneralhome.com.
Usrey Funeral Home of Pell City is assisting the family.

Charles will truly be missed. Blessed to have no more suffering. Y´all have shared so many memories with us. Walks, graduations, weddings, birth of grandchildren, kids learning to swim. Mary Lynn Lane has not been the same with y´all gone. Prayers for you and the family over the next few months especially. Let us know how we can help. Love y´all!
