Dennis McCabe Obituary
Dennis was born in Philadelphia, PA on August 31, 1946, son of the late Marie (Scullin) and Patrick McCabe.
He was the widower of Elizabeth (Ziccardi) who preceded him in August of 2013.
He was a U.S. Navy Veteran, earning the National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal with 2 Bronze Stars, and a Republic Vietnam Campaign Medal.
He was employed as a Fireman for the City of Philadelphia for 28 years, proudly serving with Engine 13 – Ladder 1 – "C" Platoon before retiring.
Dennis is survived by his son Dennis, his daughter Ashley, and his dog Petey. Brother to John and Mary Jane; predeceased by Joseph, Brian, Patricia, and Jerome.
Services are private at the convenience of family.
