Donald McFarland Obituary
Don was a 1964 graduate of Lakewood High School. After graduation he proudly served his country for 20 years in the United States Air Force from March 1966-July 1986, where he received an Associates degree in Russian Language and Studies. Upon retirement from the military, he co-owned Bud's Produce for 23 years.
He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Sue (Mauller) McFarland, whom he married in July of 1966; sons, Aaron McFarland and Tony (Kim) McFarland; grandchildren, Ariel, Jacob, Morgan and Christian; great-grandchildren, Tyson, Hayden, Jayden and Kali; a brother, David (Shirley) McFarland; sister-in-law, Cheryl McFarland; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Phillip McFarland.
Between hello and goodbye there were 55 years of love shared.
The family will observe a private memorial.
