OBITUARY
Era Elaine Prowell, age 74 of Monroe, passed away October 21, 2024. She was born on January 27th, 1950 to the late Willie Mae Murphy Fulcher and the late Willie Fulcher. She was preceded in death by her husband, the late Michael Gene Prowell.
Surviving are daughters, Carese Rooks Dildy (Jacob) and Tonie Parrott Skinner (Blake) ; son, Ray Walls; sister, Sheryl Greeson; brothers, Jimmy Fulcher, Robin Fulcher, and Mike Fulcher, 7 grandchildren, and 16 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at the Meadows Funeral Home on Thursday October 24th from 6-8. Funeral services will be held on Friday October 25th at 1:00 pm at the Lighthouse World Outreach Center with the Rev. Raymond Hardy officiating. Interment will follow at Social Circle City Cemetery.
Meadows Funeral Home, Inc. is in charge of arrangements.

Felicia Durham City of Monroe. I loved Elaine because she loved helping people. We laughed together and loved one another. Never physically meet her , but spiritually we were sisters and good friends!
