Eric G. Klos, 74, passed away on October 9, 2024. He is survived by his beloved wife, Kathleen M. Beck; siblings, Kathryn Reehl, Beverly
Perry, and Thomas Klos, step-children, Chris Brown (Samira Hakki), Fran Plaisted, Kacie Allin, Alicia Pedersen (Ryan Pedersen) and Lauren Henry; 10 step-grandchildren. Eric was predeceased by Mary F. Fox (first wife). Eric dedicated forty-three years of his life to the University of Rhode Island Graduate School of Oceanography, serving asCoordinator/NBC/Facilities and Operations before his retirement.
