Ethan Michael Bailey Dykes, 22, was born in Alexandria, LA on March 8, 2002, and passed away on Wednesday, October 30, 2024 at his home in Alexandria.
Ethan is preceded in death by his grandparents, Gaye and Freeland May Sr., and Margarethe and Charles Dykes.
Those left to cherish his memory include his parents, Wendy May and Eric Dykes; his uncles, Freeland Dale May, Jr (Darcie), Robert H. May, Christopher Spires (Lauren); and a slew of cousins and friends.
Ethan was a sweet, sensitive young man who enjoyed gaming online with his friends; and hanging out with his buddies after work. He loved and was very proud of his job as a cash & POS service technician. He found it satisfying to diagnose and fix problems. He was also a proud Eagle scout from Troop 75 in Alexandria, Louisiana. He left an imprint on the hearts of all his family and friends, but especially his girlfriend, Kaylee Norment. Fly high, sweet Ethan.
