SCHAUMBURG - Gisela Rosemarie Stanley, 90, of Schaumburg, born November 10, 1932, in Chicago, IL, passed away August 25, 2023, surrounded by family. Loving wife of Gordon Enright Stanley; Dear mother of Richard (Eva) Stanley and Debra (George) Fuhs and cherished grandmother of Kate. Rosemarie was the heart and soul of her family and dear friend to many. Her passion was quilting, belonging to several quilting groups and winning many national awards. The family wishes to express a heartfelt thank you to the staff at JourneyCare and Brookdale in Hoffman Estates for the compassion and comfort given to Rosemarie and her family Visitation will be Wednesday from 4:00 PM until time of funeral service at 6:30 PM at Ahlgrim & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services, 330 W.
