Helen was a lifelong resident of Manchester. She attended Manchester schools and continued with various jobs at the Amoskeg Mills eventually settling in a twenty-five year career at Granite State Machine. Helen was a parishioner at St. Pius X Church.
She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Helen adored her three grandsons and loved spending time with them. They would always stop over after school to share their experiences with her and enjoy her love and attention. Her smiling face, concern for others, and lively spirit will truly be missed by her family and friends. Helen's favorite past-time was caring for her flowers and sitting on her sun porch enjoying them.
She was the wife of the late Thomas J. Madden. Family members include her daughter Cathleen Regan and her husband Patrick Regan of Manchester, grandchildren, Michael, Kevin and Thomas Regan of Manchester, nieces Phyllis Walker and Patricia Wantuck, and nephews Stanley Wantuck and John Alexion.
Services will be private. Burial will be at the convenience of the family at St. Joseph Cemetery, Bedford, NH. Arrangements are being handled by the Lambert Funeral Home, Manchester, NH.
