Janice Lynn Sackmaster
LA CROSSE - Janice Lynn Sackmaster, 67, of La Crosse, passed away Thursday, October 26, 2023 at the Eagle Rest Assisted Living Center in Pepin, WI. She was born in La Crosse on December 28, 1955 to Robert and Elizabeth (Lyons) Sackmaster.
Janice worked at Riverfront for many years. She loved to participate in the Special Olympics and enjoyed bowling and bocce ball. Janice also enjoyed going to Camp Winnebago every summer.
She is survived by her mother, Elizabeth, brothers; Robert (Debra) Sackmaster Jr., and Dan Sackmaster, sisters; Sue Pettygrove and Lee Ruegg, many nieces and nephews, and her guardian, Lori Peterson.
She was preceded in death by her father.
The family would like to thank the staff at Riverfront , CCLS for many years of loving care, and to Gundersen Health Center and the entire staff at Eagle Crest.
