Jean McBride Obituary

Born in Montour County, PA, on November 25, 1940, she was a daughter of the late William Munson and Margaret (Hendricks) Patterson. Jean worked as a lead cafeteria worker for Christina School District until her retirement. She was greatly loved by the students at Robert S. Gallaher Elementary School. In her spare time, Jean enjoyed cross stitching.
In addition to her parents, Jean was preceded in death by her brothers, William Munson, Robert Munson, and Russell Munson. She is survived by her children, Bill McBride, Jr. (Diane), John McBride (Leslie), and Christine Groff (Thomas); sister, Joanne Keyser; 6 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
All services will be held privately.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jean's memory to the Delaware School for the Deaf, 630 E. Chestnut Hill Road, Newark, DE 19713.
