Jeffrey L. Cochran, age 79, of Canton passed away on Monday August 15, 2022 with his family by his side. He was born in Canton on May 19, 1943 and served in the Air Force as a communication specialist including assignments in the Philippines and domestic Strategic Air Command bases. After Jeff s Honorable Discharge from the Air Force, he trained as an electronic specialist and worked at Diebold and the Hoover Company. He was the kind of man who thought the world of his family and put them first.
He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Revonda (Clontz); daughter Shannon; great-granddaughter Mya; brother and sister-in-law Bruce and Betsy Cochran; and other relatives and friends including daughters Krista and Kelly Cochran.
Preceded in death by his biological father Harry S. Knox, 8/27/1923 - 5/30/45, rank TEC4, 45th Coast Artillery Battalion, DOW, "Died of Wounds" in WWII; his mother and his adopted father Betty (Gilmore) and Omar Cochran.
Cremation has taken place.
