Jeffrey Stroup Obituary

He was born to parents Merle A. Stroup and Margaret (Hays) Stroup, on December 29 th, 1956,
in Grove City, Pennsylvania.
He graduated from Titusville Senior High School in 1974 and went on to being a successful
entrepreneur in the automotive industry for over 40 years.
Jeffrey was known for his kind and compassionate spirit, true selflessness, and unconditional
love for his family. He always had a smile on his face and the most positive outlook on life.
Jeffrey is survived by his loving and devoted wife Mia (McCarthy) Stroup of Ocala, FL, Netia (Tia)
Sloan, daughter residing in Tampa, FL, Shera Sloan Rhoden, daughter and husband Arlis of Silver
Springs FL, Hunter Lancaster, Grandson of Ocala FL, Jerome Stroup, brother and wife Linda of
Titusville PA, Jamie and Jenny Stroup, nieces of Titusville, PA, Ruth Whitescarver, aunt, and
husband Dave of Wexford, PA as well as a number of cousins, nieces and nephews.
Jeffrey was preceded in death by his father, Merle, his mother Margaret, and brother Alan
Stroup.
The family has entrusted Countryside Funeral Home in Anthony FL with the cremation
arrangements.
A "celebration of life" will be held at a later date in Titusville PA.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
