Jesus Martinez Jr.

On march 10,2023 Jesse was called by the lord he was surrounded by family at home. He was a lifelong resident of El Paso, Texas in 1979 he joined the US Army 82nd Airborne. He was then released with honorable discharge. He attended community college then utep with a masters in business administration. Retired from the Department of defense in June 2023.
As a child loved sports especially baseball playing with childhood friends until his 50's. In 2010 he volunteered for the city of El Paso Parks and recreation. Pat O Rouke as a t- ball coach co-Ed for co-Ed teams for several years. He was a very devoted Catholic serving his community of St. Patrick Cathedral. With ministeries as a catechist, Acts, Knights of Columbus. He was proceded in death by his parents Mr. Jesus & Mrs. Beatriz Martinez and his Brother Guillermo Martinez. Left to cherish his memories is his wife Alice C Martinez of 30 years. Along with his children Christopher P Martinez, Nathan R Martinez, his stepdaughters Valerie Villalobos (miguel) Ashley Villalobos loving them as his own ! His Grandchildren Michael Jay Sanchez, Eric Martinez, Brianna Martinez, Elijah Martinez, Amy Danielle Delgado ( LA CHIPLONA ) Nathan R Martinez Jr., Vivian Jude Sanchez, Niveah Martinez, Julie Ann Villalobos, Aubrey Martinez, Jacob Rodriguez.
His sibblings Roberto Martinez, Elvira Martinez, Estella Banks, Alfredo Martinez. Several nieces & nephews!
A special appreciation to Dr. Rey Rosario, Isabel Espino RN, Fresinius Team, Dr. Sanchez & his staff @ the VA transplant clinic. We will cherish Jesse's kindness, humbleness,and huge heart forever.
