Jesus was born to Primitiva and Arsenio Tecson on May 27, 1937 in San Miguel, Bulacan, Philippines. In search of a better life, he and his entire family moved to the United States in April 1986. Jesus, a skilled self-taught mechanic worked as a Rover for Avis Car Rental for a number of years.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia Smith Tecson, his children - Jenny & Chito Dacia, Philip & Christie Tecson, Maria & Joebel Baustista, Catherine Tecson, Shella Tecson, Michael & Ashley Tecson, Grace Tecson and Joyann Tecson - lastly, his 18 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren. He was well-loved by extended family members, and friends. We will deeply miss him.

I worked at the Reno Airport with him and it always made me smile to see him sitting at the return line waiting to check the rental cars back in. His daughter Shella was a joy to work with too. He will be missed down here, but God will be so happy to welcome him home.
