John Howard Obituary

John Joseph Howard (61) died at his home in Hinckley after a hard-fought battle with cancer. His loving family was by his side.

John was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to James Howard and Joan Janda (formerly Howard) (nee Colton). He spent most of his life in the Cleveland area and graduated from Lakewood High School in 1981. He was a proud veteran, serving four years in the United States Army.

John is survived by his devoted wife of 36 years, Laura (nee Stanton); children Heather Paluch (Nick) and Matthew Delaney; grandchildren Nolan, Harper, and Emma; brothers Mark (Mary), Michael, and Jim (Dana). He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Eugene.

A memorial service is planned for March 9th at Heartland Community Church in Medina. Visitation: 9:30 AM. Memorial Service: 11:00 AM.

Always smiling, cracking jokes and drinking our "Free Beer". The Keyhole Klan at Mid-Ohio will miss John greatly. Laurie know that you are all in our prayers.

Traveled with John and his brother Gene from Colorado to Ohio in a U-Haul. You may think ugh what a horrible trip. Actually one of my best memories. John was loving every minute of teasing his brother. I was enjoying it as well how we laughed.
