Webster: Peacefully on Sunday, July 7th, 2024 at the age of 90. He was predeceased by his wife, Beverly LeFrois; his brothers, Robert, Stephen and Howard LeFrois. Joe, an Army veteran, was deeply passionate about cars from a young age and his enthusiasm for automobiles led him to build and race stock cars across the east coast.
Joe served his country with honor and pride, a commitment that continued throughout his life. Recently, he embarked on Mission 76 with Honor Flight Rochester, an experience he cherished deeply and often spoke of as life-changing.
Joe leaves behind a legacy of love and dedication. He is survived by his daughters, Kim and Kathy LeFrois; his son, John LeFrois; grandchildren, Elizabeth (Greg) Heinke and Camden LeFrois; daughter-in-law, Heather S. LeFrois; sisters, Sally, Nancy and Mary Kay; brother, John; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cherished neighbors.
Joe's Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday, July 12th, 10am at Peace of Christ Parish at St. Ambrose Church. Interment will follow at White Haven Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Honor Flight Rochester (www.honorflightrochester.org) in Joe's memory. He would be honored to support more veterans in experiencing the transformative journey he treasured.
