Kim Fallwell Richardson passed away on February 2, 2025 at the age of 68. She was preceded in death by her parents, Aldeen Fallwell and Hope Fallwell Teeples, and her brother, Bret Fallwell.
She is survived by her husband, Charles Scott Richardson of Lake Jackson and her sister, Deena Pluto (husband Mitchell) of Frisco, Texas.
Kim grew up in Bastrop, Texas where she enjoyed many school and church activities. She graduated from Baylor University and Baylor Law School and practiced law for many years in Brazoria County. She spent her retirement years volunteering for various organizations, including Sea Center Texas and the Friends of Brazoria Wildlife Refuges. She enjoyed gardening and teaching kids short lessons related to natural science.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, February 10, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. at Stroud Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the charity of your choice.

Scott- I am so sorry to hear about Kim´s passing. I know you are missing her, but I am sure you are comforted by the memories of your lifetime together. I hope we can see each other again.
