Phillip Schenk Obituary
Phil worked in the trucking industry for over 55 years. After retirement he owned and operated David's Antiques where he refinished and repaired antique furniture. Phil had a passion and talent for woodworking and was always able to be found in his garage doing what he loved.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Sue; three sons, David (Tina) Schenk, Matthew Schenk, and Michael (Katie) Schenk; four grandchildren, Jacqueline (Charles) Cleland, Samantha Schenk, Parker Schenk, and Tanner Schenk; two great grandchildren, Connor and Constance; sister, Cindy Schenk; and sister-in-law, Mable Schenk.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Jack Schenk.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Thorn Township Fire Department, 13770 Zion Rd., Thornville, OH 43076.
Visitation will be held Saturday, March 26, 2022, from 1-3 pm at The Thornville home of HOSKINSON Funeral and cremation service.
